For customers outside of Lake Macquarie;

We originally considered increasing our overall job prices to absorb the cost of travelling to every quotation, including fuel, technician time and on-site advice. However, we felt it would be fairer not to make customers who actually proceed with us pay for the cost of inspections that never turn into work.

Instead, the $89 inspection fee is only charged when an on-site visit is required/requested, This covers travel, inspection and preparation of your written quotation. and if you accept our quotation and proceed with the job, the full $89 is deducted from your final job price.

This helps us keep our actual workmanship prices as competitive as possible for customers who genuinely need skilled, licensed tiling and waterproofing work, while still covering the real cost of providing professional on-site assessments and advice.

For a free estimate, simply send us clear photos of the full area, close-ups of any damage, and a brief description of the work required. Jobs can be estimated 95% of the time from the photos provided.
